Day 1: Nairobi – Fly to Samburu National Reserve
Your 2 Days Samburu Fly-In Safari from Nairobi begins with a morning transfer at 8:00 AM from your Nairobi hotel to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to Samburu National Reserve.
Enjoy scenic aerial views as you fly north to one of Kenya’s most distinctive wildlife destinations.
Upon arrival at the Samburu airstrip, you will be met by your safari guide and immediately begin your first exciting game drive en route to Samburu Serena Lodge.
Samburu National Reserve is renowned for its large elephant herds and rare wildlife species unique to northern Kenya, including the Grevy’s Zebra, Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk, Beisa Oryx, and Somali Ostrich.
Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and relaxation before heading out for an evening game drive in search of elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, crocodiles, hippos, and Samburu’s rare species.
Dinner and overnight stay at Samburu Serena Lodge.
Day 2: Samburu National Reserve – Fly Back to Nairobi
Start your day with an early pre-breakfast game drive at 6:30 AM, the perfect time to witness predators and wildlife at their most active.
Return to the lodge for a full breakfast before checking out.
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive en route to the airstrip, offering one last opportunity to capture Samburu’s remarkable wildlife and stunning landscapes.
